Patel Construction provides general construction and construction-related management services to federal agencies. We have negotiated the award and close-out of over 125 SBA 8(a) sole-source awards.
Our experience extends to many categories of Federal contracting, including general construction, major base utility upgrades, historical restorations, and many High Profile Projects (HPP). We have the capacity to simultaneously perform multiple contracts in several regions, with highly qualified and OSHA-trained personnel.
Over the years, Patel ownership has been recognized with several “outstanding and above average” CCASS performance ratings from the Navy, Army Corp of Engineers and Air Force.
